"#1 - it is not a properly done hot roof, the sheathing should have all been sprayed / covered & even the joists #2 - truthfully you can get less than code minimums when done right, but you should have at least 6" total or at least a 36…"

Hey Home Energy Pro's!Tim Reynolds here in Des Moines Iowa, I have been able to work with a group here that is trying out a hot roof system in a remodel. Now I can get behind the air sealing properties and understand that the foam has a high r value per inch, but there are a few problems that I am concerned about. 1.
