"4x10.5" should be about right for most duct boots.  A supply of about 20 will cover most systems.  I ordered some 1" high density neoprene foam which should work well. "

Foam Plugs for Duct Leakage Testing

Can anyone recommend a foam manufacturer who has reasonably priced, soft closed cell foam sheets which can be cut into duct boot plugs for leakage testing?  I'm considering high density neoprene in 1'' thickness.  The sites I'm seeing online have a lead time of 3-5 days just to process the order, and I need it more quickly than that. Thanks,Mark RogersEfficiency Revolution, LLCDenver, COSee More
