John Nicholas replied to Jennifer Rupnow's discussion Crawlspace Vapor Barrier: Install Correction and Future Guidance in the group Best Practices (Residential)
"1.  If it is wet enough that CC will not allow it to dry and OC soaks it up like a sponge, then the Crawl needs to be stripped back to dirt and the stem walls to concrete and a proper drainage system put in, the Class 1 Vapor Retarder replaced…"

I would like to have seen more Real tors and Loan Officers in this last seminar. Better luck this next time.

John Shipley did an EEM webinar for C.A.R. yesterday morning. John was instructor for my CalCERTS EEM certification class in Tulare at the Edison Education Center. He knows his stuff.

I will look forward to your post.

Hi Jennifer,

I enjoyed the workshop and look forward to Kevin Nunn's next seminar here in the Fresno area. Do you know when and where yet? Gordon was saying perhaps this month.
