Hello Jeff,

I just had to say hello to you when I noticed you were from Saginaw. That's my home town. I live in Texas now, but, my brother lives out on Gratiot Rd. there and my sister lives on South Wheeler. Glad to see there are green efforts underway around my old stomping ground. We are trying to push zero energy down here as well. Best of luck.
