It is interesting to note that the air-tightness standard used is 0.6 ACH @50P, not under natural conditions. Here in the US we're talking about using a standard of 0.6 ACH @0P. That's about 20 times more infiltration. And we wonder why the average American uses twice as much energy as the average Western European.
