Nice Video. Probably helps people understand stack losses come from both up and down.
Not sure I'd prioritize up over down. I view them as the same job. If they were 2 separate jobs I'd probably attempt to determine where the most leakage could be addressed for the given budget. It might be the attic but it might be the basement. Houses, and their opportunities vary so greatly.
