Snazzy hilites!  Can't wait to see the final results.

Are any of the teams looking at life cycle analysis, future proofing, climate adaptation, resilience etc.?For example, how will these homes perform in 30 -100 yr when climate is drastically different, esp. more extreme, frequent, and humid heat waves in many areas?  How will they perform if power goes out, or severe storms occur?  Can features be added to facilitate future adaptations, e.g.,  additional shading, green walls/roofs, radiant cooling, rainwater collection?

What will lawyers and courts consider "due diligence"?
