That looks better than 99% of the foam I've seen.  I did see ONE flash coat on walls that looked good.  The worst (so far) was a two-section, connected, roof where one section was foamed on the deck underside (much more lumpy than this video) and the other was left as original batts on the flat ceiling, and ventilated.  The homeowner figured out that something wasn't right about it, but the foam guy refused to return and correct it.  Happens to be one of the more "popular" ones in the area.  The word really needs to get out somehow about the ripoff that's occurring of unsuspecting homeowners.  And, I know that not all are thieves, but there are way too many running loose.  I haven't seen one job where the promised thickness was delivered consistently.

Sorry to say, but I've seen much worse sprayfoam installs.
