Hi Carol.  Thanks for welcome.  Things are going well.  Joining Home Energy Pros has been on my to do list for a while.  The holiday lull has allowed me to catch up on some of these things.

Hi Carol. Thanks for remembering me. I'm really torn about going. Actually I'm at a crossroads on the home performance front. I've been doing everything I'm trained to do (BPI, etc.) and the market is just not buying.

In a nutshell, 25K improvement--typical BPI level greenup-- saves about 40% of their energy bill, which around here is about $180 annually. They always say "it doesn't pencil out..." I know, I tell them about all the other benefits. I've landed 1% of the proposals I've put out. This is a long way of saying ACI and other such wonderful things cost $ I don't have and don't feel like investing since the market is not supporting our work. I called ACI's presenter coordinator and offered to give a short talk on how to fix this systemic problem--I mean cheap energy--along with the ecosystem collapse that's looming over us all, but I guess it's too late to schedule a talk on Carbon Fee & Dividend.

So that's where I'm at. Know so much about a product that no one wants.

Sorry for the downer replay. I'm too much of a doer to have all these skills and not apply them. So I'm looking at other markets. Ideas?
