Anyone attending the RESNET conference in Orlando next week and who are currently providing IR inspections as either a BPI or HERS Rater inspector, might want to sit in on the presentation of the new IR Standard Interium Guidlines currently being approved. Rogge Miller from GWSSI, John Snell from Snell Group and myself will be going over the IR portion of the Chapter 8 Performance Testing and are hoping for some solid discussions and feedback from those interested in how this is going to effect the industry....AND IT IS GOING TO!
The session title and time is:
RESNET New IR Testing Guidelines: An Overview of the New Infrared Standard- Wednesday March 2nd 8:30-10 AM, Grand Ballroom- Salon VII
We have been working on this for quite some time now (yes, years!) and although we are closing in on it's completion and adoptation, we know there are going to be changes made, requirements discussed and reports examined! We need to have dialog so if you have not been a particapant to date, it's never too late to join the party!
See you there!
