First Energy has always been a leader in educating employees on field issues. An example of how First Energy's energy efficiency program managers support their contractors and administrative staff: They have hired Pure Energy Coach to teach Building Science to their program managers. The benefits include a better understanding of their contractor's decision-making. In addition, they benefit from a better understanding of their QA Contractor's comments about job quality.

On September 21, 2011 Pure Energy's trainers will be doing Building Science demonstrations in the classroom and in COACH, our mobile training and testing lab, at Met-Ed in Reading for First Energy staff. This is an important step in the education of program administrators. This is especially valuable as managers better understand what their contractors are being asked to do to guarantee a successful program and that their customers are kept safe and healthy.

In CT I was on-hand to witness the effectiveness of the training from Pure Energy Coach. What an excellent experience this training proved to be! Thank you Tamasin and Larry for your expert training initiatives! David
