Efficiency First?
That's the name of a non-profit in San Francisco, with which Matt Golden is very closely associated, if not a founder. If you favor putting efficiency first, then that organization probably deserves your membership.
I don't understand something. What is the downside of putting efficiency first in a competitive environment? Thanks in advance for clarifying!

The fact one has done so is not obvious; one must toot a horn, cheer and give explanations, all of which eat into the savings.
