Pocket Door Insulation

My home has 3 pocket doors whose open track areas I have caulked well best as I can from the door jams without removing the track or framing around  it.  I believe I should attack the remainder of the leaks from the attic and from the basement.   Are there any folks out there who might share their thoughts on the recommended methodology for best doing this?  Thanks much in advance.  John Harper
