Pat Melvin, a North Andover resident, has been named Plumber Manager at H.O. Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling of Belmont.
Melvin, who joined H.O. Electric in October of 2011, has been promoted to Plumber Manager. He started his career with H.O.
