New Florida Building Code Takes Effect June 30

The International Code Council and the Florida Building Commission announced significant changes to the Florida Building Building Codes that will result in safer, sustainable buildings and homes. New Energy Code in Massachusetts

In July 2013, the State Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS) voted to adopt the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (2012 IECC) and ASHRAE 90.1-2010 with MA amendments as the new baseline energy code. More HERS Ratings Expected in 2015

The Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) announced its collaboration with the International Code Council last week in an effort to help home builders transition to the new 2015 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
