all aspects of home energy management including passive solar and real time energy use monitoring

Have a lot of time on my hands since retirement and enjoy following developments in all aspects of residential energy management. During the Carter Administration (!) I worked in Technical Services for PEPCO in DC and helped numerous residential, commercial, industrial and governmental customers understand their bills and better manage all aspects of their energy consumption. Been out of the business for a long time, but got involved again when utility costs in our 2002 home were higher than they needed to be. Penurious by nature but concerned about the future as well (although, when you think about it, what have future generations ever done for us?:-)

Look forward to following developments here and perhaps making a contribution on occassion.

EPA Seeks Public Comment on Draft Environmental Protocols for Home Energy Upgrades

For those who are top of this, forgive me. For those who aren't, and pretty much don't care, hope you'll forgive me too...

During my brief time with this group, I have come to very much respect the remarkable level of…
