"I believe the right side of the roof is down wind and showing the effect of wind coming in through the ridge vent. The ceiling is showing cold where the fiberglass is not sealed at the top plate. I don't believe there is a poly moisture barrier…"

Air leak

This building was not using a blower door. However, the room must be depressurized because the air is coming in at the top of the room.
