Hi, I'm a HERS rater, THC participant, CA Title 24 energy plans examiner, etc, and saw your talk at ACI. Might you be able to make your Simple energy modeling software (I think you said it was a spreadsheet) available for my/our use. I'd love to be able to show better prediction (retrodiction) of energy bills for my clients, some of whom have complained that the HERS Whole House reports are pretty far off, just like you said. Many thanks.
