What happens when you don't leave a drainage plane behind exterior brick cladding...

The only thing that saved this home from complete destruction was the vapor barrier behind the drywall. Wet fiberglass insulation dripping water, moldly OSB, crumbling exterior brick. I have more photos if you want to see them. DISASTER!

"Now that I am working for CSG and they supply my equipment I have a combustion analyzer and gas leak detector for sale if you are interested.  They have not been used much and are only a year old.  Send me a message if you are interested."

"Hey David,  on your Leakator Jr. you know about the "lower sensitivity" mode right?  The instructions are on the back and it takes a bit of practice, but I find it very useful."
