La maîtrise d'oeuvre

Maîtrise d'oeuvre, maîtrise d'ouvrage, maître d'oeuvre ... Le grand public mélange souvent les genres. Les rôles et les missions de chacun sont différentes. Voici une mise au point sur le rôle de la maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le bâtiment.

La mission d'une maîtrise d'oeuvre est d'assurer que les travaux de rénovation ou autre sont réalisés dans les règles de l'art, que les plans de bases sont entièrement respectés et que les matériaux correspondent bien à ceux sélectionnés au départ. La maîtrise d'oeuvre s'assure aussi du bon respect de l'enveloppe financière des travaux.

Voici les principaux rôles de la maîtrise d'oeuvre :

  • le suivi et la direction des travaux
  • le contrôle de la qualité des travaux
  • la gestion financière du chantier
  • l’assistance au MAITRE D’OUVRAGE jusqu’à la réception et la levée de toutes les réserves
  • la vérification des mémoires définitifs (DGD) des entreprises
  • La collecte et la vérification des Dossier des ouvrages exécutés (DOE)
  • l’assistance en vue de l’obtention du certificat de conformité
  • l'assistance durant l'année de parfait achèvement

La maîtrise d'oeuvre n'est pas une obligation lorsque l'on souhaite rénover. Mais pour des chantiers supérieurs à 500000 euros, il est grandement conseiller de faire appel à une maîtrise d'oeuvre. C'est la garantie d'un parfait achèvement des travaux et du respect du budget alloué.
