ENERGY STAR Version 3 Training for RatersThe ENERGY STAR for Homes Version 3 guidelines are being phased in during 2011. Verification partners, including HERS Raters and Field Inspectors, must complete ENERGY STAR Version 3 Rater Training through a RESNET Accredited Training Provider such as EnergyLogic.
