Extremely long wait for hot water

Hello Home Energy Pros,I have a customer I am advising who complains of extremely long wait times for hot water.  He has a rather large house (4,000 + sq. ft.) and two tankless water heaters.  Can anyone recommend strategies (measures, behaviors, upgrades, etc.) that will let him get hot water quicker?  He is planning a whole house energy upgrade so there may be an opportunity for plumbing work.  Any input is welcome.Thanks in advance!George KopfSee More
