RemRate Water Furnace modeling problem

RemRate allows for a ground source heat pump and you can couple it to the domestic hot water system.  However I need to convert the Water Furnace's 5.0 COP to an equivalent EF.  Any ideas?????

"I would use an in-line backdraft damper such as Artis Industries or the ones made by Fantech and other ERV/HRV manufacturers.  The Fantech ones are mildly spring loaded but have a low pressure drop that I have measured at less than 0.04 inches…"
