The Snell Group Announces the 2015 Training Schedule

Barre, VT, October 3, 2014: The Snell Group is pleased to announce that the 2015 course schedule for both infrared thermography (IR) and electric motor testing (EMT) training is now available. The Snell Group will be conducting courses world-wide in 2015, offering more courses in more locations than ever before. “The use of IR for preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and energy audits is expanding globally and we are increasing the number of courses and locations we offer to meet this growing need,” said Jim Fritz, President and CEO of the Snell Group.

The Snell Group offers a variety of training classes including Level I – Thermographic Applications, Level II – Advanced Thermography, and Level III - Best Practices. On the EMT side, De-Energized and Energized Electric Motor Testing classes are available. The 2015 schedule also includes training dates and locations for two day infrared specialty courses which cover Mechanical Applications, Electrical Applications, and Building Applications.

The Snell Group Announces Free Live Infrared Webcasts for September, 2014

Barre, VT, August 7, 2014: The Snell Group is pleased to announce that they will be offering a series of six live webcasts during the first two weeks of September, 2014 at no cost to attendees. The Snell Group’s webcasts combine the expertise of the industry’s most experienced independent knowledge provider with the convenience of web-based learning. These sessions are perfect for thermographers and electric motor technicians who are new to the field or are looking to supplement their training. Anyone with a computer and access to the internet can attend a webcast from The Snell Group.

Each one hour webcast will cover a different topic, followed by a question and answer session with the presenter. Each webcast is open to anyone who wishes to learn more about using infrared technology for mechanical and electrical inspections, building inspections, and facilities maintenance. We are also offering one webcast for those who wish to learn more about electric motor testing. Registration is separate for each webcast and attendees are welcome to register for as many of the offered webcasts as they wish.

Barre, VT, June 17, 2014: The Snell Group is pleased to announce that we have recently conducted numerous Level I Thermographic Applications and Level II Advanced Infrared Thermography courses in Latin America as part of our ongoing effort to increase our presence and share our infrared knowledge in Spanish speaking countries. The list of Latin American countries that we have conducted courses in this year so far includes: Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Brazil (conducted in Portuguese).

Our bi-lingual instructor, Jacob Lemus, joined The Snell Group in 2011. Since then, he has taught Level I and Level II courses in the following countries: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, Spain, and the US.
