In this group, members share an array of images from the field, showing the kinds of issues encountered by home performance professionals in real homes. Each tells a story of how hidden (but fixable) problems in homes can cause high energy bills.

In California the prevalent and rebate or incentive sanctioned model to perform a whole house performance upgrade usually requires places holder of the General B Contractor's license as the program manager. The GC or HPC works with the building owner and rebate agency to review or present the building assessment results and makes recommendations on the scope of work.
