Walk in attic chase
Nice of someone to put a ladder for access into this gaping chase that is wide open at the top inside of an attic.

I have a Kitchen pantry that is similar 8' ceiling in the pantry, 10' in kitchen. 2' drop from ceiling to ceiling. Why they didn't just put a 10' ceiling in the pantry baffles me, but at least they did insulate it.

This should be titled "Climb down attic chase" This is looking down into the area from the attic. This is definitely a thermal bypass nightmare!
