LEED Gold Remodel in Tempe, AZ
This home was completely remodeled. It previously had experienced 4 - 5 bad remodels. Since it was built in 1974 the wiring was aluminum, which was removed entirely. 2 new 19 SEER HVAC units were added, plus LOW E windows, no VOC paint, mud room, 3rd car garage, CFL bulbs, and much more.
