Insulating Blind

Bath room exhaust fan under tounge and groove floored attic. The attic floor cavities were insulated with cellulose and as a result the bath fan was plugged causing mildew to form in the bath room.

prep is important -- just finished an attic blow -- no ceiling installed fans involved.
