Isn't that always the case Mike. There are times where I show up and I don't even need my IR camera. I simply show them how to correct their ice dam situation.

And I bet the homeowner had no clue as to why it was happening either, right? :-(

Oh yaa. I've the the exterior pics also. The ice dam was 4-6 inches thick.
