This job was one where I was just running audits for one of the states WAP agencies, so normally I'm just writing reports and work orders. This was basiclly a "911" call to the agency and it was repaired immediately while my guys went on to the next audit. I was going through some pictures today where I proctor in NYC and found all the ones from this house. I'll try to put them up later if I get the chance.

George, it was an oil fired boiler that was only maybe 3 years old. Look at the Efficiency numbers. Did you see the photos of the exterior of the house? The owner "didn't realize there was a problem"...all the black soot above the unit on the ceiling didn't give anything away...nor the 4' circle it burned into the ground outside...
