Share 'How Not To Cut & Seal Off A Stink Pipe'

Well, here's a beauty.  Stink pipe removed and "sealed off" in the attic, but left uncapped and open to the elements.  Must've been a gallon of water in the pipe and dripping slowly through the sealed makeshift contraption in the attic.  As you can imagine, the insulation was wet, as well as the kitchen ceiling.  Unbelievable... And to think the person who did this is permitted to use sharp tools…
