At the RESNET conference earlier this month, Sam Rashkin talked to a room full of attendees about the new 'Concept Home' available in the ENERGY STAR Homes program. Essentially, it's Version 3.5, with Version 4.0 possibly being released in 2016. By then, all homes qualifying under ENERGY STAR will be 'Net-Zero Ready'. Have you heard about this, already?
