Share 'Significant LIHEAP Cuts Proposed?'

Hi Everyone, I was looking for some additional background on the proposed LIHEAP cuts I'm hearing about in the new Federal budget.  Supposedly the proposed reduction is quite large, on the order of several billion dollars.  I'm assuming this is across the country, not state specific.  Is it just fuel assistance that's threatened or are there other areas within weatherization & energy that are…
