Share 'Instant read thermometers'
I suppose I'm impatient, but I'm getting tired of waiting 5-10 minutes for my "instant read" thermometer to equalize and give me a reliable temperature. Does anyone know of a good model out there or is this as "instant" as it gets? I'm on my third thermometer. Thanks for any thoughts.
