Anyone else have consistent issues when trying to transfer user license from one computer to another? Any tips? First computer registers removing the license. Then the second says it is still installed on previous computer. Getting a hold of tech support is always a long process - usually about an hour on hold (!?).

Steven,

To remove a room from the load calc Select "no" in the "include room in calculations" field AND set "room heating condition" and "room cooling condition" to "[None]".

I am having a SR Moment -

To remove a room from the load calcs you do two things.  One is to select "NO" as to include the room in the calculations  but I cannot remember the second item/place to actually have the room excluded ffrom the calculation.

I dont exclude rooms that often and as my father told me" Memory is the second thing to go and I don't remember what the first was"
