A client has an old gas fired boiler with a gas fired storage tank DHW. I'm looking to replace both units with a high efficiency gas fired boiler 2 pipe direct vent seal combustion unit with indirect water heater.
How do I enter this in improvements?
Thanks
Paul

we offer in depth training around the TREAT software and if you wish, I can put you in touch with one of our trainers if you want to "friend" me and pass along your contact information. Another option is filling out out online request form and someone will reach out to you directly.

Is it possible to just get an answer to my question rather then going through a training session.I just find going through the website a hassle. This is the reason why I started this group here.
Thank you

It turns out this isn't a simple question but it depends on the specifics of your modeling situation.
Our engineering staff offers modeling support on an hourly basis and we have a number of online and in person training sessions available. Let me know if I can put you in touch with our training coordinator.

If you can put me touch with someone that will just answer specific questions on occasion, that would be great.
Thanks
Paul
