Practical business issues can be some of the greatest challenges for contractors who are moving into the home performance business. All too often, those business problems can keep and otherwise capable contractor from making a successful transition. This is a huge lost opportunity— not only to that contractor, but also to the homeowners who don’t get served and to society’s overall environmental needs.
