NAR Releases Latest Version of GreenMLS Toolkit
The National Association of REALTORs introduced the latest version of the GreenMLS Toolkit at their Mid-Year Legislative meetings in DC this month. The Toolkit is the leading source for MLS staff and interested real estate agents to get best practices when designing or updating GreenMLS. GreenMLS is the practice of offering green fields on listings in a multiple listing service (mls).
The new version is organized around a process flow inspired by early GreenMLS successes and lessons learned. The Continuous Improvement section offers insights into the improvements featured in the current version. Enhancements include a sharper focus on data integrity of green fields to encourage consideration of green features during appraisal. Additional updates are expected leading up to NAR's national conference in November.
