One of the biggest obstacles to renewable energy deployment in the US is overcoming the utility and AHJ review process. Long processing times leads to higher costs, customer and integrator frustrations, and is just generally bad for business. The intentional slow-playing of solar PV deployment by the utilities is further hampering the deployment of sorely needed renewable energy.
