Edmonds, WA is Going Solar
This is one of the first community scale Renewable Energy Projects around. I believe that this type of project is viable and important and can be applied to Efficiency and retrofits through programs like PACE and On-Bill Recovery.
I'm interested to hear if anyone has direct experience with these types of funding project and what have been the results?
