H.O. Electric is proud to announce the opening of their new office located at 97 Mass Ave in Lexington, MA. William Melvin, head of the H.O. Electrical Division, believes the additional location to be a natural progression for the company. "Our call volume for Lexington, Bedford, and Arlington is pretty substantial. Although we serve all of Greater Boston, the response from these communities has been extremely positive' he said. "We decided to open this office do to its centralized location for these communities. It gives us the ability to dispatch our trucks in a more timely manner, and also gives our customers a place to drop off Casablanca fans for service, or they can stop in for a coffee and have any questions answered." In addition to the new location, H.O. Electric also recently opened their Plumbing, Heating, Cooling division, giving them the ability to provide customers with the best quality and service for all of the important systems in their homes.
