Does anyone know of professional MARKET STUDY results to assess the demand for home performance, weatherization or other related services for multifamily buildings?  Please advise if you can offer any information regarding existing market studies and/or resources that might be engaged to conduct such a study of our target markets (Virginia and/or mid-Atlantic region).

If so can you share below or email or contact us?

Tracy/Matt, Welcome. I believe that here in NY that NYSERDA has done several studies. I have not seen them but you can go to nyserda.org and go to the multifamily program and see what you can dig up......

Thanks Matthew!

Although focused primarily on California, we've posted a number of multifamily technical reports, case studies, and videos that I hope you will find useful:

http://energydesignresources.com/buildings/homes.aspx

In addition, you can also try searching by the term "multifamily" in the online database of California utility-funded market studies and program evaluations:

http://www.calmac.org/search.asp

Finally, this is the online portal for our statewide multifamily implementation experiment:

Happy Holidays from a soggy (but now sunny) CA!

This is great.  Thank you Tom!
