Comment by Don Koppin on April 14, 2011 at 2:31pm I think the first question is how we're framing the sales challenge: Are we targeting customers who want kitchen counters and aiming to persuade or convince them that, since the money is there, they should do something more important (by our criteria) instead? Or are we targeting customers who are looking to "invest" and aren't aware that energy efficiency is the better investment by their own criteria? (e.g., "I'll enjoy my kitchen more if I ...")?
Number one is a harder job, I think!
