I'm interested in locating some online tools that roughly calculate homeowner energy efficiency.  Things similar to this -

http://c01.apogee.net/calcs/energyaudit/?hostheader=duquesnelight&a...

I've been able to find many cell phone apps but not many good ones for PC.

Does anyone know of any similar programs / tools online that are free?

Thanks!
