  • Organizational support: follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and values.
  • Dependability: follows instructions; responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
  • Quality: demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Safety and security: observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.

The ability to communicate the benefits of energy efficiency to a variety of audience types at a general, overall level, as well as from an in-depth, detailed perspective, will be very important.  Travel in this position is expected to be in the 90% range and may involve occasional overnight stays.  All travel is within Arkansas.  Consistently arriving on time for scheduled appointments is expected.
