Program Coordinator, Northern Ohio - Performance Systems Development

Support the management and delivery of Performance Systems Development's energy efficiency programs in Ohio.

Resposibilities:

  • Coordinate resources and schedules for energy efficiency programs.
  • Develop relationships and networks with raters, contractors, builders, trade allies, consumers, utillities, legislators and code officialsin order to further the overall program goals and objectives.
  • Serve as technical support expert to various contractors, builders and consumers.
  • Coordinate and deliver building science training and classroom instruction to contractors, trade group and consumers with varying levels of experience and knowledge.
  • Track, record and monitor energy savings and progress toward programs efficiency goals. Prepare monthly reports documenting progress toward program objectives.


* This position will initially work from a home office, with a minimum of one day per week in the Meadville, PA office. Regional travel up to 30% of the time, with occasional overnight travel required.       

 

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years related experience, ability to travel up to 30% regionally.  Demonstrated success in coordinating projects involving multiple staff and partners with great detail. Strong PC skills: MS Office Excel and Access.  Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Certifications: RESNET, NAHB, BPI and LEED. 5+ years experience. Familiar with building science, energy efficiency calculations, blower doors, infrared cameras and other diagnostic tools.
