We are looking for a Home Energy Auditor to join our growing team and be a vital link between Standard Energy Solutions and its customers. This position is a blend of tasks related to home energy auditing and project management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete comprehensive residential home energy assessments in accordance with program guidelines and BPI protocol
  • Conduct home energy assessments in residential homes, entering attics, basements and crawl spaces
  • Provide on-site education to participating clients regarding the benefits of energy efficiency and how they will affect the work being performed on their home
  • Energy model all projects utilizing program specific software
  • Create detailed scope of work to address the deficiencies in a client's home
  • Manage crews, providing direction, support, training and motivation to ensure jobs are completed properly
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BPI Credentials required. At minimum Building Analyst and Envelope Specialist. QCI preferred.
  • Preferred OSHA 30 AND LRRP
  • Clean driving record
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to meet assigned goals

  • Laptop and cell phone
  • All miscellaneous tools
  • For credentials that are preferred company will pay for all additional training
