Fast-growing energy efficiency startup seeks Product Manager with strong building science background

You Bring:

  • Software development experience: We don’t expect you to write the code, but you need to be able to speak to developers in their language
  • User-centered product design skills
  • Insatiable curiosity, abundant resilience, reasonable humility, and a sense of humor
  • A strong background in building science and the research chops to fill in any gaps related to our system
  • Project management experience: We’re a startup; It’s not enough to have great ideas, you need to see them through to execution
  • Degrees, credentials, or relevant experience demonstrating your capability

You Will:

  • Improve our proprietary home scoring system to incorporate residential solar, water efficiency, indoor air quality, and other high-performing home features
  • Develop software specification for mobile and web applications supporting multiple customer segments
  • Maintain product roadmaps and groom development backlogs
  • Design and implement user testing protocols
  • Receive and respond to direct customer feedback, incorporating it into the backlog as appropriate
