Flat Roof Inspection Question
Has anyone out there done any flat roof inspections where the decking is 2.5" Gypsum board with a BUR covering (the gypsum is the decking). Does this perform thermally like lightweight concrete where the window for seeing moisture is small? Any experience of actual imaging on this product is what I need. I had a customer call me today to ask about it and I had to pause to do some research. I haven't found any info out there, and I think this may be one of the best places to look.
