Comment by Deanna Kaiser on April 12, 2012 at 7:58am @Johnny, I'm not too sure what I think of the new timeline yet. Only time will tell how well it's received by Facebook users ...
I found this page, and the information and guidelines regarding cover images, very helpful. It's always good to do the research before designing and making a cover image. I found in this article that you cannot include your company's contact info, any calls to action, etc. Even with these restrictions, I've seen some beautiful cover photos and excellent examples of company branding out there!
Comment by Tracy & Matt on April 12, 2012 at 7:46am @Johnny - I'm not a big fan of the timeline layout as the posts and other updates seem cluttered but I do love the large cover photo as I like to use it to highlight specials or new products. I just created an cover image to feature a collage of some of our products with our tag line. What about you? Love to hear how others like/dislike the new look and how they are using any of the new features.

Comment by Carol A. Markell on April 12, 2012 at 7:37am Johnny, as time permits, we hope to load all of our covers to the timeline. The problem is always time. It is a worthwhile project for us as Home Energy Magazine has evolved over the years. Our major photo will change every two months as each new issue is released. Before we made the change over, we checked out many of the pages of folks here. I thought most people had made excellent new pages.
